Instructions for Cold Fusion Topical System

Step 1: Morning Application

  • Wet your face.
  • Place 2 pumps of the Artic Breeze Cleanser onto your hands. Massage it in gently across your entire face using a circular motion. Be careful not to miss any parts of your face.
  • Rinse your face off throughly with warm water.
  • If you have back or shoulder acne, you should wet your skin in the shower and the massage the cleanser across your entire shoulders and back in a circular motion. Try not to miss any spots. This can be difficult due to the size of a person's back and shoulders. Remember, back and shoulder acne scars easier so you want to put in the effort!
  • Once your face is dry, gently massage 2 pumps of the Artic Mist Toner onto your face. It's liquidly, so you'll want to place one pump onto the palm of your hand, apply it, and then use a second pump. Do not wash off.
  • If you have back or shoulder acne, apply the toner across your entire back and shoulders, or any part of your body that is acne prone.

Step 2: Afternoon Application

  • Apply 2 pumps of the Artic Mist Toner to your face. If you have back or shoulder acne, apply the toner to these areas also. Do not wash off.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes for the toner to dry.
  • Apply two pumps of the Artic Frost Lotion to your face. This may cause some irritation or redness at first, but after a few weeks you skin should get used to it. If you have back or shoulder acne, apply the lotion to those areas as well. Do not wash off.
  • Note: Avoid getting the lotion on your clothes as it can cause bleach marks. If you're applying it to your back or shoulders, you'll need to wait 3-4 minutes for it to dry before putting clothes back on.
  • Note: The afternoon application is not as convenient because you may be at work, school, or have makeup that will need reapplying. It is important however. Skin oil and bacteria regenerate quickly and if you wait until the evening it will be too late!

Step 3: Evening Application

  • Wet your face.
  • Place 2 pumps of the Artic Breeze Cleanser onto your hands. Massage it in gently across your entire face using a circular motion. Be careful not to miss any parts of your face.
  • Rinse your face off throughly with warm water.
  • If you have back or shoulder acne, you should wet your skin in he shower and the massage the cleanser across your entire shoulders and back in a circular motion. Try not to miss any spots. This can be difficult due to the size of a person's back and shoulders. Remember, back and shoulder acne scars easier so you want to put in the effort!
  • Take the Cold Fusion ice pack out of the freezer and apply it over your face for 2 minutes until your skin is cold. The coldness will help open up your pores, allowing the lotion to penetrate deeper.
  • Apply 2 pumps of the Artic Frost Lotion to your face, massaging it in gently using a circular motion. Reapply the ice pack for 2 minutes, keeping your face cold as it absorbs the lotion.
  • If you have back or shoulder acne, it's usually too time consuming to cool the skin with the ice pack. Just apply the Artic Frost Lotion.

Step 4: Spot Treatment (optional)

  • Every morning, afternoon, and evening feel your skin carefully for pimples that are starting to form but aren't visible yet. The trick is to catch them before they're visible. Developing acne is when you can feel a small internal balloon or hard spot, but it has not yet developed into a visible pimple, or is just barely visible.
  • If you find a pimple that hasn't breached the surface, work quickly to stop it before it's too late.
  • Apply Cold Fusion Pack lightly over the spot and get it comfortably cold. Do this for 1-2 minutes.
  • Apply a small amount of either the Artic Mist Toner or the Arctic Frost Lotion. Do not wash off (Note: Artic Breeze Cleanser should not be used for spot treatment.)
  • In another 4-5 hours, repeat this operation again, only rotate the products. If you last applied the Artic Mist Toner, switch and apply the Artic Frost Lotion.
  • There are two scenarios:
    • A) Your preventative measures will be successful and the internal balloon will dissipate.
    • B) The internal balloon will break the surface, only it will be less severe than if you had not taken these measures.
  • In another 4-5 hours, repeat the operation again, and continue repeating it until either the internal balloon or pimple is gone.

If Your Skin Becomes Too Dry:

  • These three steps can potentially over dry your skin, particularly if you're using Vilantae because Vilantae reduces skin oil and makes your skin more vulnerable to irritation by cleansing products. If that is the case you should do one of the following:
    • Eliminate the afternoon application.
    • Eliminate the Artic Mist Toner in the morning and the Artic Frost Lotion in the evening.
    • Eliminate the Artic Breeze Cleanser either in the morning or the evening.
  • If your skin is still too dry after taking these steps, continue to reduce the frequency of your application until your skin no longer becomes over dried.
